Description: 

Erection and use of building as dwelling house and works to incorporate farm office into dwelling. 1) apply for a certificate of lawful use in respect of the lack of implementation of the development within the time limitation of 5 years required under condition (1) of planning ref WD/99/2346/F, which has resulted in the planning approval being lost in entirety. 

To provide any information to assist Wealden District Council in respect of any evidence, local knowledge and/ or witnesses who may have personal knowledge of the history of the application site and its uses.
