Further to the Parish Council meeting on Monday 10 July 2017, Harlequin informed they had already considered certain sites when, as part of their consultation requirements, they contacted the Parish Council and Mayfield Girl’s School for initial pre-application comments on their proposal which was received on 20 December 2016 with a request for comments within 14 days.
