Description: 

Variation of condition 10 of WD/2017/1688/F (proposed replacement dwelling with associated change of use of land to residential curtilage. New vehicular access) alterations to external materials, enlargement of dormer windows, additional glazing, alterations to entrance door, change from hipped roof to gable. Amended plans received changing the external materials to more traditional materials, reducing size of dormers, removing feature gable glazing from front and reducing it on rear. Plans dated 23 May 2023.
