Description: 

Proposed creation of museum bathroom retaining functioning original / historic sanitary ware, replacement of sanitaryware in remaining bathrooms including new walk-in shower to master bathroom. Removal of original green tiles to master bathroom to be used to replace defective original green tiles in remaining bathroom & WC, replacement of timber bifold doors to garden room with fixed side lights and central sliding doors and replacement of existing timber finial with new to match the profile of the existing. Installation of ‘storm bespoke secondary glazing’. Replacement of existing timber gates with new hardwood timber gates to match existing in size and appearance, proposed new gates to be automated. Installation of photovoltaic arrays and air source heat pump
