Modification of section 106 agreement dated 20 August 1993 and supplemental agreement dated 19 August 1994 attached to planning permission WD/1993/0254/F (request for modification of existing planning agreement (August 1993) to enable approx 0.5 acre to be severed from the farm holding) to reduce the amount of land covered by the obligation and remove the occupancy restriction.
