Mayfield and Five Ashes have been awarded a Gold Rating in the South and South East “Parish in Bloom” competition with the highest score of 89 out of 100.

This was based on the assessor’s visit at the end of June.

Congratulations to everyone who worked hard to show off the villages at their best, including the organising committee, retailers, residents, parish council, horticultural societies and schools.
