Mayfield Festival and St Dunstan’s church needs the help of the village !

We are running a simulated evacuation of the church to check the theoretical ‘evacuation rate’ and to set the limit for the capacity for a concerts and other events in church.

To do this we need at least 100 people at St Dunstan’s church for half an hour (or less!) on Saturday 24 June at 10 a.m.

At 10.00 we will explain the process and then we will carry out the evacuation  ..  simple.

Can you please contact your friends and society / club members and see if they could help us on that morning?

Please ask anyone who can make it to confirm to steve@mayfieldfestival.co.uk so we have an idea of how many there will be; but they are most welcome anyway even if they haven’t emailed!
