Hospice in the Weald cares for patients with a terminal illness, their families and carers in West Kent and Northern East Sussex. This vital Hospice care is provided free of charge through our five Services: Hospice in the Home, Hospice Day Service, the In-Patient Ward, Counselling & Support Service, and soon our brand new fifth service Cottage Hospice.

As the first of its kind in the UK, Cottage Hospice will enable patients to continue to be cared for by their loved ones at the end of life and will help meet more unmet need in the local community. The 10 bedrooms will be a home-from-home environment in which family caregivers will care for their loved ones with the support of volunteers.

Cottage Hospice is opening in Autumn 2019 in Five Ashes, East Sussex.
